TMNT/Power Rangers II coming soon
Ryan return for the mini. Hopefully Ryan channels His first mini quality and not what he has been writing for power rangers since then.

Well, the story lent itself to a follow up with Shredder and Rita retreating to Dimension X. That was a great series! It made up for the failure in the Power Rangers television show. I hope that this time the TMNT can be the 'home' team. I suppose this will start the month after the Godzilla crossover finishes? I will make sure to pull it!
To top it off Dan Mora is behind the art on my current favorite comic Batman/ Superman: World's Finest!

Dan Mora back on PR interiors ALONE is enough to make me excited. Looking forward to him getting a full crack at the Turtles after doing the covers for the first mini. I see they're making good on that Krang tease from the first one.

They're not the turtles from the IDW continuity so you're being pissy over nothing.

This is more 87 turtles through the lens of more typical turtles.

And no, it's not nothing because continuity wouldn't prevent them from using terrible characters. |

https://bleedingcool.com/comics/new-...rott-dan-mora/
Bleeding Cool did a write up on it m. Still not much other than it will launch in December. It looks to be 5 issues again. It also reads like Boom! will be the home team since Ryan Parrott is writing the sequel. Mora is doing two books I am reading at DC so doing this suggest he is taking on a non-exclusive work load. He is slowly taking Ivan Reis's place as the go to team or universe wide story artist.

Neither are the ones in the Batman crossovers but they still clearly used them as a basis.
And again, just because these aren't the IDW turtles, that would not prevent them from trying to emulate IDW's mistakes... |

I like to think of the Turtles in these modern, non-canon crossovers as alternate timeline versions of the IDW Turtles, since as neatoman said they're very clearly being used as inspiration.
There's no reason to try to shoehorn these stories into the actual canon but I can assume that these Turtles have been through pretty similar story beats.

I’m reading this for Dan Mora. Loving his art lately. Really cool to see him on Turtles.
Not a huge fan of Power Rangers but I have the nostalgia and I’ve always liked their uniforms. I think crossovers are tough to pull off so if I enjoy the writing, I’ll be pleasantly surprised. |

Ranger X will be an enemy ranger in the crossover. It’s Casey
