What if?

I thought it might be fun to share some of our what if some one did this or that.

I'll start. What if Playmates reissued the Giant Turtle figures like they have a lot of the old vintage line? Would there be a market for it? These complete are fetching decent prices online so I could see it. But I wondered what others think.

Or what is your what-if idea?

What If the Playmates TMNT toy line had continued all of this time, wave after wave based on the initial release-direction? The kind of plastic zoo we'd all have sitting around would be insurmountable.

What if Super7 is allowed to upscale/update the recently released Playmates Last Ronin figure?

Wow. That was impeccable timing. Although, as always I feel bad for the committed collectors who shelled out for the original vintage figures. Nothing is sacred anymore.

Hopefully these will be different enough to differentiate. I'm betting the colors will be off like the small ones. They look like they all have Raph's head and body. That should help with at least the other 3, as the old ones had their unique snarls. Sill I think I'm in as long as they don't cost an arm and a leg.

There are some fun What if's in here already.

What if Super7 had the rights to do the 2012 TMNT line?
