He appeared in at least 3 episodes, one of them is "The Big Zipp attack" from Season 4.

Oh, wow, I had no idea he was a recurring character. Thanks for the tip!

All his appearances were in Season 4, I think he was in Slash's debut episode too but I don't remember for sure.

Ah, and in Big Zipp Attack, his name is "Donald J. Lofty," and he dedicates the city's tallest tower. Not exactly subtle. I wonder how many Trump-jokes exist throughout the TMNT-multiverse?

Donald J. Lofty appeared in three episodes. I believe the order is:

"The Big Zipp Attack"
"Slash, The Evil Turtle From Dimension X"
"Rebel Without A Fin"

Interesting character and he could've been a great ally especially had they kept him on throughout the Red Sky era.

Indeed, and thanks!

Here's a couple of animation cels I'm trying to identify by episode (Obviously, the backgrounds are just there for looks and not reflective of the original episodes):

Donatello's art style reminds me a lot of Season 2

Bebop here looks great, so perhaps one of the better quality animation studios?
EDIT: This one is from Return of the Technodrome.

The first animation cel looks like it might have been used for the Attack Of The 50 Foot Irma episode.

However, I'm not entirely sure as to what episode the second animation cel was used for..
Maybe it's from The Ninja Sword of Nowhere?

I watched a clip to confirm what was in my mind's eye and DarkFell is correct on Attack of The 50 Foot Irma. Donatello is mixing the antidote into a capsule in the image.

The one with Bebop is more generic and does not have indications of a specific episode like the equipment Donatello is using in the other image.

Thanks as well! I figured the Donatello would be the easier of the two! My first thought was "Splinter No More" but Irma's ice cream mix makes a lot of sense!

I'm making a new signature and I just need to make sure I get the scene right.

Namely, when Krang first reveals himself to humans on the television.
"This is Krang!...Hi."

EDIT:
Bah, just went with my gut.

Are you thinking of the scene in "Welcome Back, Polarisoids" when Krang appears on a city jumbotron screen?

I think that Krang might have said what Utromaniac mentioned (minus the mention of Neutrinos) in Return Of The Technodrome, then he proceeded to threaten the people of New York with a stronger Technodrome-induced earthquake if they refused to leave the city.

This may have been asked/answered already.

But did we ever see Casey Jones' face behind the mask in original cartoon?

This video has some clips from episodes I don't know if I've seen.

What episode is the footage from 0:35 to 0:58? What about 2:17 to 2:43?
