Yep. Closest thing I've seen is the Super7 Ultimates Karai. I have noticed that NECA seems to be doing some deep cut references when it comes to some characters and iterations.
The problem with some is that they aren't entirely accurate. Wanderer Mike is not entirely comic accurate to his appearance in issue #17, but I still love the figure. I swear I've seen a leak of (Mirage) Future Raphael that I can't seem to find again, I should have saved the image, but it looked like a lot of details and colors were off based on what I consider to be the right look for him. Same idea though, fewer details, although the eyepatch was there the hood looked like a reuse of the Return to NY accessory, and the belt didn't have pouches. Also lacking a bone necklace if I remember correctly. Correction: it wasn't a figure but a sketch Eastman did for the concept art of the figure and it was posted on his store. He gave him a kasa hat instead of the hood and the sai-trident is absent as well. Kinda hilarious and awesome that if we want an idea of what to expect from Neca's mirage line we can peek on Eastman's art store. Here's a link for anyone interested: https://fan.kevineastmanstudios.com/...-old-man-raph/

I would have preferred the hood but barring that, a worn baseball cap. Or why not both? But not a kasa, that's not an Old Raphael thing. The sai-trident may show up with the figure yet.

As jestergoblin had previously stated, Eastman's art with the hat is dead-on for the Puma Blues appearance.
I was going to pass on Karai (I didn'treally get into City at War as much as the earlier stuff), but she does look great. |

Karai's mug has that comic vibe going on. I really dig it.
She comes with two Shredder heads (well, one is a helmet). I wonder if she can wear the helmeted head. That would certainly reconcile the existential dread associated with whether I want her to wear the Shredder head sculpt or the original Karai headsculpt. Unless, it is just a display piece. |

Ah, that's right. I forgot he did have that on in that. Fair enough, then.

Some of these design choices in the Mirage line can come down to being panel-specific (I'm thinking of the wrap on Raph's arm in the 4-pack release), within an issue.
I kind of like that. ![]() ![]() |

I'd do backflips to have a worn out baseball cap accessory to go with this one. It could easily fit in as a Lawson styled Archie Future Raph. It would take a little work to get the correct belt with scabbards for swords, but with what's been produced already I think it would be good enough for me to justify buying multiples for this figure specifically.

I still hope it's possible that he comes with more accessories to get the desired look. Neca hasn't been skimping with accessories on these figures, I'd actually say that sometimes they're super loaded with extras. Here's hoping this figure is one of those examples.

We have to be getting a "space arena" turtle (with the little breathing apparatus) to pair with that, right?
I don't need all four, just one of the brothers would do. |

Leatherhead looks to be a nice sculpt compared to what they showed off last year.
