Well it's about flipping time Pixar.

I'm still annoyed that Finding Nemo (which doesn't need a sequel) is getting a sequel before Incredibles (the film that needed a sequel0

Never got the desperation for a sequel. I always thought the first was just alright

Are we not all over Pixar yet? Like...seriously. Especially considering Disney has put out two CG features (Tangled and Frozen) that absolutely mop the floor with nearly everything Pixar has ever done.

I think the fact that they're making this movie is a sign they may be running on fumes and need to crank out some sequels to (undeservingly) popular movies from their back catalogue. They'll never make anything as good as Toy Story 3 ever again.

I agree with you completely. Most of the stuff Pixar has put out recently is either terrible (Cars 2) or just OK (Brave, Monsters University). disney on the other hand has been releasing amazing movies, especially Frozen, which is the second highest grossing animated film of all time (second to Toy Story 3, but they're not that far behind and still have a chance of beating them, although TS3 is one of my all time favorite movies). I haven't been impressed by Pixar and as much as I love the Incredibles...they're relying too much on sequels now. They saw the success of TS3, and went all franchise happy. First Cars 2, then Monsters University, next Finding Dory, and now Cars 3 AND Incredible 2. Come on...at least every Disney movie is it's own, original thing...

Eh, the problem with Pixar is every movie they make anymore seems to revolve around making toys. Cars for the boys and Princess Merida dolls for the girls, because apparently little girls will only buy a doll if it’s a Princess.

Why couldn't we get that Newt movie instead of Brave? Pixar seems to becoming the movie making equivalent of Rareware, I think this comic captures my frustration with Pixar:

Almost every movie is like that nowadays...even if it wasn't the intention, toys will be made anyway. Heck, the only reason TMNT even exist today is because of the OT, which was only made to sell toys.

Hmm, we'll I hope the guy came up with a better plot than the last film like the prouder said, even though this seems like a last attempt to help Pixar I'm still looking forward to this
