Weirdest TMNT Character
What TMNT character do you think is the weirdest ? Like just looking at them you feel like they shouldn't be in the TMNT Franchise and should be in something else?
For me it's the character of Savanti Romero I don't know why but he just feels off to me. Like he should be in something like Spawn or Hellboy, even his name sounds like it doesn't belong in TMNT. |

OK, well the one I would say really shouldn't be a character at all is Ice Cream Kitty. I don't know what dark forces took over the minds of the Nick writiting team to think it wasn't a stupid idea to have a cat made of melted ice cream instead of... Well, Klunk or at least anything that wasn't so creepy, idiotic and awkward.
Here is a list of characters I would call too "weird" or at least very ill fitting:
Not going to into the reasons for all of them. Just be sure that if I were contractually obligated to write them into a story, I would neglect to use them anyway and only add them if a superior forced me to, even then I'd still just use them in the most minimal way possible. |

Throughout so many incarnations, the turtles meet all sorts of whack monsters and fantastical creatures, so no character really feels too out of place no matter how weird they may be.

Weirdest? That's a tough question, since this is TMNT we're talking about and "weird" is pretty much its middle name.
Some good suggestions already... I'd also like to add Bugman. He's one of only few (I think?) mutants who can transform back and forth AND a lot of his human body remained when he did it, just becoming a gross hybrid, which off the top of my head I don't really recall any others doing. I want to say there may have been another series or something that inspired this, but can't place it. |

My first thought was Muckman. Mutant Garbage is just one of those "huh?" concepts. Especially the Nickelodeon version. He has telekinetic control of garbage. Like, how does that even work!? You're saying that if I'm holding an apple, he can't touch it, but if I drop it, he can suddenly move it with his mind?

I know my list seems kind of long to begin with but trust me, that is indeed a list of characters I don't see much potential or purpose for. I seriously considered putting Speed Demon on there simply because the idea of a car being able to mutate pissed me off, but I realise that if you just revise him to be a cursed car instead, his premise isn't that offensive. So yes, those 34 characters are ones I really don't think can be changed into something more appealing without being completely unrecognisable.

Turtelli, Zach, Howie Hardy and Gadgetman are just ordinary Humans. Mad Dog McMutt too, but maybe he counts because he eats dog food.

Shredder's mom in that episode with the heat ray comes to mind.

The first to come to mind for me is Mutagen Man.

Wyrm.
Just look at that guy. He is one of the few old "good guys" I'd like to see in my (non-existent) collection someday. |

Herman The Horrible. He sure stuck out on a planet populated by anthropomorphic turtle people.

I always did wonder why the Turturoids weren't more suspicious of how he even existed there. |

Definitely inspired by Pee-Wee Herman, if that's what you're thinking.

Also, from Mr. Mxyzptlk, who is infinitely less annoying.

Krang and his android body are one of the weirdest. A brain who was banished from his dimension and body, somehow has its own eyes and mouth, and hangs out in a stomach cavity 99% of the time.
