Looks… fine. Though I’m not a fps kind of guy so I can’t really make a call on quality.

The choice to make it first person is odd. Kind of ruins the point of playing as Robocop.

Maybe it'll be like some other "first-person" games and have a third-person camera option. That seems like common sense. Here's hoping.

Not really a RoboCop fan, but that actually pretty f*cking cool. Might have to give the movie a watch if this game ends up being any good. And there was even an announcement for an open-world survival Terminator game too.

Like... without trying to take away from how neat it looks, I can't help but ask "how are we in the 5th generation of Playstation gaming and still have game characters that move like and resemble PS2-era polygon-people?" Yet it looks cool..... I dunno. |

They need to do a Dirty Harry game like this while Clint Eastwood is still alive.

If it's good, I'll get it. Seems promising so far, aesthetically.

I mean, there are scenes in the movie where we go "first person" when theyre mentioning his prime directives. This being first person is basically becoming Robocop in a sense.

T:Resistance was a good game. Not the best gunplay and cheap looking at times, but overall atmosphere was amazing.
Story was...a bit hit and miss. |

Looking pretty OK. I still think they should give at least the option for a 3rd person mode.

A bit junky, but looks quite faithful to the tone of the movie.
So like Terminator Resistance. |

A live action trailer they just put out. Interestingly, people have modern cell phones. So it's not like a Blade Runner sequel where it still aesthetically looks like the future-imagined-in-the-1980s. Apparently the game is already available to play for those who pre-ordered, but it comes out in 2 days for everybody else.

Looking at more about this game. It sounds pretty awesome! I guess it's firmly between Robocop 2 and 3, with events towards the end directly showing the transition there.
Also Spoiler:

Yes! But it's just a digital upload, somehow. As he dies, or something.
