I forgot this was something in the works. Thoroughly hoping you're able to find a home for this and get it out! The first one was one of the lost enjoyable docs I've watched. Hoping to here some new updates soon!

To that end, we're planning a pre-sell campaign that will allow fans the chance to get their hands on exclusive special features - bonus content we desperately wanted to include in the first volume, but were unable.

This opportunity to take advantage of our incredible treasure trove of Turtle footage and better serve the fan community has been a long time coming. It's something we really fought for and we're thrilled to be this close to bringing it to life.

Tell us what you might want to see in Volume II, share your ideas about bonus content and give us the chance to build a bigger documentary than we could the first time around.

Happy fifth anniversary of the announcement! Are there any updates on this?

It will. Like Andrew said, Big Things are afoot. Hopefully soon.

It takes sooooooooo long to produce a documentary. Way more time than a standard narrative feature. I can't wait to see what Isaac & Pals work up!

When I saw the documentary was called "The Definitive History" and then it skimmed over or failed to cover all of the modern stuff, I kinda figured they were doing a 2nd part. Then the announcement hit and nothing. The fact that it is taking so long means they are taking the time to be thorough, so I'm pumped.

From what I understand, there were also some Paramount/Viacom-related issues WAY above the filmmakers' paygrade, and that threw a giant monkey wrench into things at a certain point.

The Part II we're getting isn't the same Part II we would have gotten years ago, I don't think, but could very well potentially be very much better. Very excited for it!

Huh! Never knew that! Well, when it arrives, it will definitely be a pre-order from me!

Hi!

Anybody knows something about the project.
I've watched the Turtle Power documentary and the Toys that Made US TMNT episode many times. But I would love to see the new Turtlemania (IDW, NECA, ROTTMNT, The new movies...) covered in a professional documentary.
