The only options left for the ardent conspiratorialists are: deep fake video or that Hamlin knew he would die before the Jan 2 Monday Night Football match and recorded the video beforehand.

Perhaps one could go all the way and assume that every NFL player has done the same before every game so that they can contribute a plausible cover story for the vaccine, the government, the NFL, the Illuminati, the alien grey ufos, and Elvis.
