I ... just don't know why Horikoshi felt the need to insert in ... that.
It was a call back to the first time they visited her lab and broke up the super seriousness of everything with a little bit more comedic character. I don't know why you are disturbed by cheesecake in manga.

I take Papen as seriously as CC. As in not at all.

He could have chosen to present the character in a respectable manner.

The fact that he chose not to do just that is ... confounding. At the very least, he could have omitted the scene altogether.

He presented her in a way consistent with the history and personality of the character. Why do you think that falling back on the history of the series and trope is confounding?

The trope/"history" was never that endearing to begin with.

Personally, I always found those moments to be bothersome. Not to mention, they are usually time-wasters.

You can argue about if the trope is endearing if you like, but the fact that its a trope and commonly used in a well beloved industry would disagree with your assessment. The target audience of that industry even heavily makes fun of people with that opinion.

Your attitudes sound like something like when christian's were trying to censor more naughty things.

An 18+ rap of MHA. Pretty funny.

Horikoshi-san should slow down the pacing of the stortyline.

I know that he wants to finish it soon. Still, it is moving way too quickly.

Finally watch The third my hero academia movie. Overall… just not as good as the second film. I mean the film has some flash, but the story had potential, but I felt it butchered it.

Well, it looks like Horikoshi-sensei is exhausted.

Personally, I don't blame him. I would be fed up too.

Spoiler:

Also, the traitor reveal was supposed to occur in either volumes nine or ten.

It makes me wonder why he waited until the final act ...

Whelp, the final chapter of. Vigilantes is coming out this week. It was fun, but nice to see it end on a pretty good note.

Could you tell me what happens behind a spoiler cut? Curious, but too lazy to finish reading it, and am not really sure I'll ever get around to finishing Vigilantes at this point.

Spoiler:
It’s basically been revealed that the main bad guy is ultimately the prototype to the Nomu. Koichi now works in America under the new name Skycrawler, but now KnuckleDuster is taking Koichi’s role of helping the little man.

As for the final chapter itself. Kind of typical considering they had to write off Koichi since he isn’t part of the main series.

Wow, I like that ending.

What about Pop Step? Anything on her?

Spoiler:
Since because of the wasp incident, Pop’s body is damaged to a point to where she can’t go bouncing around as she used to and she retires.

It's saddening. The women/girls of MHA are being neglected.

Well, I was wrong.

Even when they get a moment to shine, the manga still manages to sexualize them.

It's a shame.

Your obsession with sex is unhealthy.

Aside from the Mineta shenanigans and some of the girls' costumes, what are other examples of females being sexualized, in your opinion?

If the female form offends you, then perhaps you should look for different media to consume. Manga/anime will have cheesecake. If you don't like it...its not made for you.

Spoiler:

I'm referring to the latest chapter of My Hero Academia.

When Jirou and Tokoyami save Hawks from All For One's attack, Tokoyami makes a sexist comment concerning Jirou's ... "movement".

I'm just tired of it.
