I wonder if it's one of those 'very important movies' so who cares if the person died, the Message is all that really matters.

Her husband is getting an executive producer credit on it so I feel like that was in the terms of the settlement. Either let me do this or it doesnt go forward.

Heard its more-so that the family will get part of the profits as settlement, rather than a demand else it doesn't happen.

Personally, find it a little dark that it's gonna go forward, but guess that's on them if they're even comfortable doing so.

This seems too indie to be something like that, but maybe. The only guarantee is that a lot more people will check out the movie than would've ever before.

Yeesh. Could be a really ugly court case on what the prosecution will have to do in the courtroom.

They'll just have to take their best shot. Hopefully they aim for a conviction and bring in some high-caliber legal minds, none of that shoot-from-the-hip crap.

I've actually seen that one pop up on Facebook and Twitter for months, so as good as it is, I doubt TurtleManiac thought it up independently.
