Where can I read this comic?

I'm looking to read this S.A.I.N.W fan comic published by Illusion Studios. Not even sure if it's legit or not, but if it is, I'd love to read it.

He sure has an interesting take on 4Kids April, that's for sure.

The .ru on the website on the left is a Russian domain name, so contact all the Russian TMNT fans.

I found an old thread featuring Arseniy Dubakov's comic, but the link to download it just takes you to a blank page.

Hopefully this is allowed (I can edit this otherwise). But it seems as though the files were being shared openly and the links are just dead:

Just as a heads up, in case anyone cares or it affects who they might share it with, there's some unexpected (and cringy) nudity for a page or two in issue 3.
