A close second is how awesome Nightcrawler is, during his assault on the Oval Office.

But yeah, aside from that the movies are mostly a wet, hot, mess.

If I squint really REALLY hard... they still don't look anything alike and I still don't give a damn.

Magneto. Magneto has always been well done, whether by Sir McKellan or Fassbender.

Yeah pretty much. If it were something along the lines of Billy Dee's replacement by Tommy Lee, where the latter was responsible for a terrible version of a character...then I'd probably care more.

Xavier has always been good too.
I'll always have a soft spot for Jackman's early Wolverine stuff.
(That first shot of him in the ring from X 1 still makes me glee)

lol... so "Logan" is only ONE year after him waking up at the end of DofP? You're telling me he and Xavier rapidly aged over the course of ONE year now?

The future is rough on everyone, Andrew.

Also, they did a LOT of meth in that year.
Like...a lot.

He hasn't aged well in the new timeline.
sorry, but he looks too much like a Zombie!

if he doesn't try to eat Logan's brain, i'm going to be slightly disappointed!

I truly sincerely hope that someday Marvel Studios gets the X rights back. But first start with Fantastic Four and all their rogues...

i just think if Disney get's their hands on X-men they are going to just become sanitized versions of themselves.

Fox just needs to loose the mess that Singer has started.

scrap it all and actually try to give the characters proper respect.

Pretty sure that deal has already been made.

If it has, then they haven't gone public.
Simon Kinberg still acts like the film wasn't trash and wants to do a sequel.

As am I, but nobody's said crap about it yet. But we all know Marvel got SOMETHING for letting Fox do their "Legion" TV series, AND we all know that Marvel really tried very hard to get Galactus, Doom, and the Skrulls previously in exchange for Daredevil, so...

Phase 4, my brother. Phase 4.

I would bet the farm... mid endcredits sequence of Avengers: Infinity War, BOOM, Galactus finishing up eating a planet, then looks up suddenly (presumably the Avengers and Guardians have done something crazy to defeat Thanos). "Eeeearth." Surfer whizzes by the camera and BAM, back to the end credits. Audiences sh*t themselves.

I certainly hope so. The FF franchise combined with Fox is box office poison thanks to their three horrible movies, so Fox can't possibly profit from them anymore.

Exactly. They don't want to spoil the hype they're still trying to build for Avengers 3/4, Thanos, Infinity Gauntlet, and the culmination of Phase 3. But as soon as Phase 3 is done, BOOM. They're announcing Galactus, or the Fantastic Four, or something.

Andrew's end-credits scene sounds pretty damn likely.

And at this point, thanks both to the horrible Fant4stic and the overrated yet great Deadpool, Fox is doubling down on X-Men. X-Men X-Men everywhere. To expand that brand into TV, Marvel has to sign off. And for them to sign off... wink wink nudge nudge!

I'm curious to know what Fox plans to do with Wolverine with this being Hugh's final role as the character. He did express wanting to be in the Avengers films but like that will ever happen.
