Who's your favorite members of the Mighty Mutanimals?
There have been many members of the Mighty Mutanimals throughout the Turtle-verse. While there are the odd recurring members, most teams have their own roster. Who are your favorite ones?

So many to choose from. I would pick Mona Lisa, But I don't remember her being in the Mighty Mutanimals.

I'm not familiar with them in many versions so feel my vote would be limited. In 2012 I liked Leatherhead.

I went with Slash, but it's pretty tough to choose between Slash, Wingnut, & Man Ray. I'm talkin' old school, mind you. The IDW Mutanimals aren't really my thing. Most of them are fun characters with cool designs, but none of them really feel true to their predecessors, in personality or purpose. Their Mutagen Man is awesome, though, & Herman is a hilariously cool addition.

I'm right there with ya. I clicked the thread saying, "I'm totally voting for Leatherhead. I love Archie's Jess Harley version."
Then I saw Slash on the list and had to think twice. Love him too. Dude sacrificed to save everyone from Maligna and Null. So I gotta give it to the one the vultures named Slash.

I'm just gonna go with Hob. In Archie and Nick the Mutanimals only seemed to be a thing for the purpose of potentially being a spin-off. Hob brings some much needed point to the team other than "Let's have these guys band together so we can make a another comic/show/movie!", that is to say an in-universe mission statement.
On topic of this, don't try to force spin-offs like this. If you don't have any characters who are strong enough to warrant it, don't even bother to make a spin-off. |

A lot of the Archie Mutanimals were based on one-note stereotypes honestly.
Ray Fillet = constantly whined about the oceans being polluted Mondo Gecko = metal band rock music Jagwar = constantly whined about the rain forest and "Mi Madre" for like 10 issues Dreadmon = I am Jamaican mon! Wingnut/Screwloose = "you're kinda dumb, plankton-chip!" Also Murphy writing the team as a whole like a group of Captain Planet volunteers looking to save the world from pollution never felt right either. |

Leatherhead for me, but I’m sure many people here figured that out.
