TMNT 2007 sequel fanscript (collab maybe?)

Anyone remember the pitch for the 2007 TMNT film's planned sequel?
TMNT II was meant to be a Mikey centric movie where he gets fed up by the way he is disrespected and dismissed by his brothers for the way he talks and jokes around... But he isn't STUPID even if he goofs around and acts like it, right? He's still a badass ninja! But none of the fam will give him any credit, or even their full attention...

Except, that's not completely true. They have a newly forged alliance with the Foot Clan at the end of the 2007 film, if you will recall. Karai has done her part to maintain the peace. So there's no reason not to get to know them better, and -- wow, some of these younger recruits aren't half bad! They're impressed by his moves. When he runs his mouth, they hang on his words. And when his frustration with the family reaches a tipping point and boils over, Mikey quits the team to don a black bandana and join the Foot officially.

Of course, the Foot (barring Karai) are ultimately treacherous. And when the other three don't prove as easy to win over via charm and flattery, the other three turtles break the truce with the Foot and follow some lead to Japan to stop some plot which is rooted there. I don't know much about the exact plot from there or how they **** it up so badly that the remaining turtle brothers and Splinter wind up devolved into their non-mutant animal forms. But some kind of anti-mutagen renders them completely helpless, and it's up to Mikey to come to his senses and ultimately win their respect by rescuing the entire clan single-handedly.

For what it's worth, I think it'd make for a great fan-script, and we could probably put it together via a collaborative effort. Would anyone be interested?
