There are charts you can google that will show you a number based on your height and weight. But you shouldn't consider that an absolute number, because it won't factor in how much fat you have vs. how much muscle you have.

Doing a skin fold test is probably the easiest way to get a better measurement of your fat vs. muscle, but the most accurate test is a hydrostatic (dunk tank) test.

I ended up losing a bit of weight over the pandemic, but I'm still just above my ideal weight for my height. However, I have more muscle now than I did at previous points in time when I was at this weight, so I am actually leaner and considered to be at a healthy weight, even though the BMI chart says I am still overweight

I did a hydrostatic test for the fist time just this past Monday. If you can find a place to do that, they will give you some very specific numbers that can help you work toward whatever your goals are.

I've literally weighed the same since I was in High School and early 20's and I've never gained weight even though I snack and eat regularly. I've never weighed more than 135-140 pounds but I am only 5'6'' so I'm fine.

Honestly baffles me how people put on so much weight so fast, I eat snacks like chips, cookies, soda, candy, etc. all the time and I never put on weight.

Not everyone has a high metabolism level like you.

I've always imagined you looking like this, CyberCubed.

Shredder and Krang combined had the biggest arsenal of any villains in all of the cartoons.

Pretty much happy with weight, I'd loose a couple of pounds but not a lot.
I want to do a little more fitness just for general health, been using Wii Fit plus since the first lockdown, lately sometimes I have to really make myself bother to do it but I still get on there fairly regularly.
