Random TMNT recolors. - Page 10

Did these a while back but forgot to post them. What if the old cartoon's look actually reflected that of the toyline (which came first), at least color-wise? Well, it'd look something like this.

Yes, I probably should've taken the extra step of drawing in the turtles' shoulder straps, Shredder's pecs, etc. but the series was often cheaply made, so who's to say they wouldn't have ended up looking this way anyhow?

Gotta say, I think it works pretty damn well!

Very nice, P! Shredder looks a bit like he's gotten into the Christmas ham though

The color blending could be a little better on the unshadowed area. There's a bit more of an orange tone compared to his arms.

And yeah, I gotta agree to him looking just a little chubby.

I'd fix the skin tone to match the arms and add just a bit more abs.

It's still pretty funny otherwise. I had thought about doing one myself, but wasn't sure how to go about it.

I've done my own recolors. And OF COURSE you know what it is. Because I quite like the Campbell/Kuhn Utrom colors. (There's a lot here, so...)

And then...I couldn't stop. And so I discovered a good reason why Fugitiod is gold instead of silver.

Not very exciting...

Except for...

This one is actually my favorite of the whole bunch.

The last one was for the purest fun of all

Yeah, let's leave the gold for the page and silver for the screen
