(Also, since my quote function doesn't seem to be working ATM, I'll address both questions in order- @headbands: I'm a Wiccan, and I've studied all sorts of holistic and alternative medicine approaches, including herbal remedies, color and sound therapy, aural reading, and meditation. Pressure points and other Eastern methods are very interesting.
@Bubbly: It's a similar principle to acupuncture, but instead of needles, it uses pressing on various pressure points to relieve pain and tension, as well as to reduce symptoms of some ailments. For instance, a headache can be relieved by pinching- not TOO hard- the point between the thumb and first finger on the hand you use most, just before the spot where the bones are connected- it's at the thickest part of that joint.) There are also some points that are not only used for pain relief, but are also highly stimulating, either for energy, sexual arousal, or even both!
