Ever heard of Valiant Comics?

So has anyone heard of Valiant Comics? Because it is basically the third shared comic universe like Marvel an DC as well as having awesome characters. It has heroes like X-Omanowar and awesome villains like Toyo Harada. I heard that Sony is gonna make a Valiant cinematic universe giving Valiant comics more mainstream appeal in later years and the comics are still going to this day. So are excited for Valiant Comics getting more love?
