It’s happening again. According to reports, a manager of WalMart in Chesapeake, Virginia, walked into the break room lastnight and opened fire on employees, killing 6 and then himself.

No, they are treating it like a big deal here, even though I don't live anywhere near Chesapeake. Still in our news here amd was reported on again when coming across it yesterday. The manager was a black guy. The employees they interviewed and spoke with talked of his character and how he was never very approachable in a general sense. I haven't kept up, but I'm still not sure what led to him doing what he did.

Yeah. It's like, he just went into work one day and just decided to shoot up the place. Not sure if he had a mental health issue or what. One of the employees who had just started working there like a couple of months ago, thought it was a drill until she realized it wasn't when one of her coworkers (and friend) was shot and bleeding from the neck. She started running after realizing the situation. She was lucky that he didn't keep after her or pay her any mind. She said she turned one way and he went in the other direction.

The "death note" left on his phone supposedly alluded to targeting people he thought harassed him, etc. Some new girl at the store was spared, him telling her to get out from under a table, then after seeing it was her, told her to go home. Think I heard in passing on the news (but wasn't fully paying attention) that he may have had some named mentioned in that note, like people he intended to target, if I heard that correctly.

If this guy was off, supposedly aggressive with employees, I don't know how the heck he was ever made manager.
