Interesting to see this on BBTS...for early preorder. Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't recall any of the waves thus far being that way, only trickling out at Walmart/Target? I wonder if this is a forced release strategy shift due to the fact that both of those outlets are still flooded with the earlier waves. The only way I can see anything new making the shelves around me is if those retailers deep clearance the overstock they've got, and they seem to be reluctant to do so or I'd have expected that to start by now.

Pictures are up for these. No 40th Anniversary stickers. Rat King does not have red scleras like the original. Casey Jones’ weapons are a lighter green and a broken bat is missing. Mutagen Man looks to have all of his weapons. Mike, The Sewer Surfer is missing the crab. Slap Shot Leo is pictured with one turtle-shelled power puck.

I think the biggest injustice has been the 2003 turtles not having their individual cardback headshot. That was grade A packaging back way then.

20 years ago. Sheesh.

The EntertainmentEarth listing has a picture of Splinter.

This set would have made a lot more sense with Tokka in place of Splinter. Especially since that's not even a real movie Splinter.

Yeah it's weird because there was an all plastic (no flocked fur) version of Movie Splinter in the late 90s KB Toys reissues. Maybe they lost the mold.

For everyone in Europe: there will be Re-Releases of the Classic Party Wagon and Blimp by the end of the year (at least they are for Germany). Price seems to be about 80€ each.

Oh wow, that's cool! How much is it? The idea of a new "vintage" Playmates figure is very enticing, but I'm disappointed he's not dressed as a cab driver or something. The vanilla body with a new(?) head and repainted hands isn't great.

Not sure on the cost. Going to start searching Target locations near me later today. I think the head might be a Make My Day Leo repaint.

Still...somehow this is exciting. I never had the toilet taxi and I can't say I especially need one but nevertheless this cannot be resisted!
