Some Targets have marked down the reissues to $10.39. Walmart is still your best for them. Walmart has the reissues for $9.97.

Finally found a couple of the new reissues. Got Mutagen Man and Casey Jones. Saw Slash too but I didn't need him as I already have a reissue from years back. Just need Rat King now and I can stop the Target/Walmart trips for a little bit.

Pro Tip: Nobody is ever going to care about what those white theft-prevention stickers say (which we all actually wish were not even in there in the first place), value-wise, whether they are correct or not. Also, value-wise, these will have none anyway. Our way of life is not dying off, it is already dead. At this point we are only collecting these things for our own joy and enjoyment and recreation, not as an investment.
