Looks good and cgi is really good. I hope they end up showing reruns on actual Nick the way Scooby gets on Boomerang. Like after they’ve been released on streaming. I think the new Spongebob Kamp Koral does too. I’ve seen it on before.

I've managed to watch the first 5 episodes, pretty good so far.

I'm getting used to the new grown up voices, but Grandpa, Didi and Chas voices are taking longer for me to get used to.

There are some changes.

Spoiler:

Stu is still a inventor and Didi is now a Blogger and makes stuff to sell online, they live with Lou. Lou is a hippie
Chas and Chuckie live next door now.
Obviously we know about Betty
Charlotte is now a council person, Johnathan is still working for her, but Charlotte is a bitch, she doesn't seem to like Drew's family. Drew does seem to be a lot closer to Stu in this version as in the previous show they used to fight a lot.
Suzie is 2 years old in this because as she's now a main character, they didn't want her to tell the adults whenever Angelica has been bad. Lucy is still a Doctor and Randy is a science teacher, so no Dummy bears this time. There's been no mention of the other kids.

People always complain about representation.... where the **** is the representation for the tomboys or women that aren't overly girly but are still straight?

I mean they sure have no problems showing effeminate straight men, but anything to make fun of men right?

I think the CG characters look fine. The changes made I'm not a huge fan of but they're also not that controversial, yeah susie can be a baby even if I preferred her being an older role model, the twins mother being a lesbian is not all out there etc. The original show just did pretty much everything, this show would need a lot of imagination for it to be be able to be a success.

Yeah, my wife has always been a huge tomboy and she finds it positively infuriating how in pop culture that by default means "Lesbian (Who May Be In Denial About It)".

Some chicks prefer pants over skirts. Doesn't automatically mean they eat beaver. But that's what I was getting at earlier; it's perfectly "fine" to reinforce harmful stereotypes so long as it checks the "Diversity & Inclusion" box.

Honestly, after seeing attractive women in a nice tight pair of jeans, who would ever want to see them in a dress ever again? Maybe the occasional short skirt now and then but keep em wearing tight pants.

i always wanted a reptar show, i know he's just a parody of godzilla but i liked the idea and we only had that silly 80s godzilla cartoon but i wanted something more like a nicktoons version with reptar. I kept imagining who that purple reptar was and overall loved the reptar segments in the show.

I haven't taken a look at this show, but it'll probably be okay. I am surprised that Kath Soucie isn't reprising her role as Betty and Tress MacNeille isn't voicing Charlotte since both are still around, and Soucie is still voicing Phil and Lil.

I actually do too. lol I liked the idea of the pair when I was watching AGU, I guess. That aside, for the regular show, it did get tiresome that Chuckie was always stuck with Tommy and the others age group wise. He should've been able to talk around the adults, but understand the others like Angelica and Suzie did. Even with that preschool show they did, imo, Chuckie should've been a part of that given his age along with Angelica and Suzie.

Whoa! Okay, a couple of changes here I actually do not like. The thing with Betty (why can't a tomboyish female be straight?). I don't like the age change for Suzie. I really wish they'd just let Didi be a teacher again, but that's neither here nor there. They seemed to forget this in the original show too.
