Love Death + Robots on Netflix - Page 2

Saw season 2, which is just out. I liked the one with the Blade Runner-like character who has to kill children. Also the Snow one right after it. The rest are kind of nothing at all, even one with Michael B. Jordan and a robot.

Definitely not as strong as the first season. Also it has about half as many episodes. Better than nothing!

Also lots of offenders on the title. Only a couple of episodes even have "love," and maybe like 2 feature death. Some, none of the three! Like 1 is just aliens and no death, love, or any robots. The one with the giant whales, also the same!

I read they neutered the series and made it PG13 so I haven't gotten around to it. Part of the appeal was that it felt fresh.
As far as episodes Netflix likes to split their episode orders into two, so it cuts down on waiting so likely we see "another" season in a few months when it was already ready and part of the season order.

It's definitely not PG-13 at all. Lots of F words and gore. And a giant's giant penis.

Just watched vol.2, they're a mixed bag, in a way they are similar to the previous vol. but none of them are truly outstanding episodes or horrible, they're kind of in between. There's less violence/nudity and in general stories don't see as out there, as if the episodes were a bit more controlled on what they were allowed to be. We still some creative episodes here and there

We're getting a third season but most likely it's just the second part of season 2, hopefully it'll be better and sexier than the first part which was meh for the most part

Yeah, season 2 was lame. The only good episode was the one with the Blade Runner-like guy tracking down breeders. That episode aside it felt like just episodes and material that didn't make the cut for season 1.
