Bebop and Rocksteady from the new Show

Rocksteady has 2 gold plates on his hands and on the top left hand has a hammer symbol on it that looks like one he is holding in the other hand?!?

I wonder if there will be some mystical sci fi twist with him and Bebop.

Donnie seems to be the only one with no real nemesis, unless we want to consider Baxter, but maybe Rocksteady and Bebop could also be potential nemesis.

With the introduction of those two, it would be nice to see some Dogpound and Fishface joining the Turtles sometimes to go against the two new recruits.

Hey man, if it was happen, it would be cool, a least, Stockman wasn't alone anymore. I don't know if Bebop and Rocksteady are comicals as their 87's counterpart, even in IDW are comicals.

Bebop looks more anorexic than the new Sailor Moon designs.

Looking at the outfits, it would seem they each have some sort of 'Touch N Go' type charging up gimmick. Rocksteady seems to have cybernetic knuckles.

Yeah it makes sense that they would use established Purple Dragon characters. Who knows if they really will but that would make total sense.

Those purple dragons ending up being B&R isn't a new theory, it's been tossed around since they first appeared. Frankly I don't really care if it's them or just some random other guys, there are pluses and minuses on both ends.

If they use those established purple dragon thugs... there is already an established backstory and relationship with the turtles, so it kinda ups the drama a little bit.

On the other hand, Bebop is one of the FEW black characters in the franchise and it would be a shame for them to ignore that aspect of him... even if the show does nothing with that detail, it's still something fans and watchers of the show notice so it's important.

So I'm going to bet that they aren't those purple dragons. Shredder will bring in two thugs and they will look similar to the IDW or OT versions of B&R's human forms. The real question is why would he chose B&R in this incarnation? After several failed attempts at sending minions after the turtles, why would he just pick two random thugs? I am hoping there will be something special about them which causes him to chose them this time.

That's all baseless speculation. Bebop has a purple mohawk and Fong doesn't.

They re-use character models in CG all the time. It doesn't mean its those particular human character.

I love Rocksteady's design. It looks like the OT, but it is unique and interesting enough. Can't wait to see Rocksteady in action. I wonder how he'll sound in this cartoon, because he had a cool voice in the OT, in my opinion.
Bebop looks okay. I just think he should be less skinny, because he doesn't look much like a threat. Though, Xever was skinny too but was very threatening to the turtles. I may not like Bebop's design too much now, but it might be awesome in action.
They got my favorite of the two, Rocksteady, just perfect.
I wonder if Bebop and Rocksteady will be as stupid as they are in the OT. Probably not, but I doubt they'll be geniuses. Probably still hilarious and a little bumbling at times, but much more of a threat. I'd love to see that. While these are classic characters, they have so much potential and there are so many ways to go with them.

But their bios say that they will be mutated by Shredder. Non-organic stuff/technology has fused with a living creature before (Roachie) so I imagine this is what happens to them.
