Mezco One:12 Collective Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Out of the released Mezco TMNT figures so far, the One:12 turtles are a 9/10 for me, the 5 points turtles a 7/10, the toon turtles a 3/10 (big miss) and the Casey one a 9/10 as well.

In the 1:12 collection, I so wish Mezco would release the following characters:

- Splinter
- April
- Shredder & foot elite
- Karai & foot soldier
- Bebop & Rocksteady
- Krang in mecha-suit
- Baxter

Those are the ones I’m most looking forward to.
Characters such as Alopex, Hun, Old Hob, Metalhead, Slash and Leatherhead would all be bonuses if they do release them too.

When I thought NECA couldn’t be topped, Mezco has come out strong to prove me wrong.

Didn't feel like waiting on Mezco's Splinter, so I made my own. I think it fits in well and Mezco will have to create something amazing to get me to bite.

Edit: I understand the initial shock from some but I believe it's a rough prototype and the final version will be much better. Casey and the Turtles are great so I have high hopes.

Yeah, it looks a lot better in this promo pic as opposed to the actual display.

Quite frankly, Fury Toys TMNT looks more 'Mezco' than Mezco.

Everything looks wrong about him. The long torso. The long neck. The baggy pants.

To be fair, the baggy pants (as it can be argued that Shredder does have baggy pants in some of the IDW depictions) would actually look normal if the rest of the proportions made sense. But then again, the core turtles have weird lanky proportions which may have been inspired by the original NECA bobble head mirage molds (although it works for NECA but not so much for Mezco).

But who knows, maybe, it's just an awkward pose and the final product looks more palatable from other angles.

The baggy pants is nothing compared to Half court cosplaying as shredder

His body can't be that different from Casey Jones.I think the baggy clothes is what's making his proportions look odd. With the criticisms they're receiving I'm sure they'll fix any issues.
I'm far more disappointed that it's basically just mirage Shredder, The turtles had other influences and Casey Jones felt far more original. And that's something that seems they won't likely change.

probably true...the baggy pants is making him look elongated in the pictures. My guess is they'll make a few versions of him, like a cartoon or classic version. I would like to see Rock Steady and Bebop

My Casey Jones arrived, it's a great figure. I feel it needed like an extra head, and some extra accessories. I can think of a broken mask head, a mask for him to be able to grab, a few more weapons. Overall I like it a lot. I don't know if it's worth the price though. I think Mirage NECA Casey Jones would've fit just fine with the Mezco TMNT and cost a fraction. It probably is the best CJ figure though but not by much.

So yeah, I'll be getting Shredder, I think he'll be light on accessories as well which is a shame since it'll be a pricey figure. I also think they'll do foot soldiers to reuse molds before we ever get Splinter/April. But I hope they're there. If Shredder comes with an Utrom I'd be set.
