Black hatred of Jews is nothing new, nor is it any secret; Kanye won't be the last and Flava Flav wasn't the first. You can't say "Just because they're a minority, they can't also be a bigot." That is SO not true. Black people generally hate gay people, too, and you'd think they'd make natural allies as likewise "oppressed minorities", but no, because black people think gay sex is "gross", and a lot of them were also indoctrinated into some fundamentalist sect of Christianity which preaches that nonsense. Not to mention Asians and how they collectively hate Everyone. And so on, and so forth. All bigotry requires to take root is a small, infertile mind, and that can be found in anyone.

You can absolutely be a minority and ALSO be a bigot. It is very, very disingenuous to even imply otherwise. The fact that Kanye espouses some of the same opinions as people who would in turn see him dead as well just exposes the astounding levels of his ignorance. Maybe he thinks Those People wouldn't still see him in the ground because of his skin color, just because he pushes similar talking points as they do; he's wrong, but it's whatever, some people gotta learn the hard way.

He's so stupid he can't even see how those people are using him as a minstrel to embolden their cause. "Even THIS n***** hates y'all other n*****s, and the Jews, too!" That's what he's good for, to them, if he can't see it then he's even dumber than I thought, and that's scary.

This is sadly, very true. Some of the worst intolerance and racial tension here in the UK is often between West Indian and Indian/Pakistani communities for whatever reason.

A lot of black people are either Christian or Muslim, so yes the bum sex is right off the table acceptance wise. For whatever reason they tend to be even more ultra conservative religion wise than us white folks.

It's so bad, and this is a true story, one of my managers from an old job, who was moderately Christian from the West Indies, legally changed his surname to something else (I think his mother's or grandmother's maiden name) because it was very close to the word "batty". If you know your Caribbean slang, a "batty boy" is basically a male sex escort, and I think people were using the term jokingly with him without quite realising what it meant.

Question, has anyone here ever actually cared about Kanye West or thought his work outweighed the fact that he's a walking meme? The first time I can even remember hearing about this guy doing anything was him interrupting Taylor Swift's award speech just to say Beyoncé should have won instead, him pulling a dick move like that reached my attention before any of his songs. To this day, I find South Park's "Gay Fish" song to be far better and more memorable than any real Kanye West song, including the one Gay Fish makes fun of.
