Here's Jagwar and Dreadmon.

I would love them to do Ninjara.

best part is the archie line looks like it has identical paint app aesthetic to the cartoon line, so both could work side by side really well.

I'm down for all four.
Isn't that half of the Mutanimals right out of the gate?
Just need Archie versions of Leatherhead, Wingnut & Screwloose, and Mondo Gecko. I haven't been sold on any of their previous incarnations, so it will be interesting to see if NECA revisit them for an Archie line.

Definitely keen on Raph, and I hope they give us the option of the half suit as well.
Given the history behind some of the others' designs I could be tempted by them too.

And Cudley. How could I say "no" if they did Cudley?

How awesome would it be if we got our first Build-A-Figure from NECA and it was a giant Cudley head? I am unreasonably excited about this line.....

Jagwar and Dreadmon look totally like 3D models of Ken Mitchroney's art.

Never been a huge Mutanimals (I know, sacrilege) but these do look amazing. Really happy for those who have wanted these for so long and optimistic we’ll finally get Ninjara in the near future. And speaking of future, sign me up for a set of the Archie future turtles!

Wow, didn't see this coming from NECA, I was convinced Super7 would add Jagwar and Dreadmon in their line.

I just got Mondo and have Leatherhead, Slash and Ray Fillet on pre order from Dorkside.

So now I guess I have to invest in this line too, cos I was really only going to build a Mutanimals/Archie collection.

It makes sense for NECA to do this though, I assume they will re-tool/re-deco Mondo, Leatherhead and Wingnut and Screwloose and the Mutanimals are done!

Love to see Null too! With demon wings!

Is this really happening? Wow! We've dreamt about figures based on the Archie series for years!

Agreed. Both Leatherhead and Mondo Gecko would need new heads at least to fit an Archie line. Wingnut & Screwloose possibly more than just heads.

Do you think they will do sculpts based on the Chris Allan look?

I'd love to see the non-armored tmnt from the "cyber samurai" issues.

Yeah, Wingnut and Screwloose look very different in the Archie series. My "true" Wingnut and Screwloose. They've done it with Slash, so it isn't a stretch to think they'll do it with these two.

Good to see another Aussie on here!

i'm so excited for an archie ray fillet/man ray figure, but something isn't quite right about it for me. his eyes are too beady. he has too much space for a nose. his mouth is open too wide. his ears come off his head too high and don't seem thick enough. the scales don't make sense...sting rays aren't scaley, and neither was man ray. the linework on the "wings" seems sloppy.

overall, i might pass on this one unless they get it more accurate. slash is good, though.

i think i see where NECA got the misunderstanding for "scales" on man ray. google images.

NECA, pro tip, those aren't scales. those are obliques, ab muscles over the ribs.
