So this is interesting and I will definitely be ordering a copy!

https://tmnt-ninjaturtles.com/tmnt-1...ts/#more-26261

The covers themselves are great but there's also this: "Each cover will come with a unique, hand-numbered Certificate of Authenticity (COA) – each COA signed by the cover artist and by me. As an added bonus, the back of each COA will feature an exclusive “IDW TMNT: The Road to 100” chronological reading order list for every canonical TMNT title & issue published by IDW – from TMNT #1 all the way to TMNT #100!"

Most excellent!

That artwork is super pretty, though. Reminds me of watercolor in digital style.

So I've just read the Road to 100 on Comixology and it's just a rehash of the Road to War pages from this years FCBD issue (with 4 new pages at the end, notably including references to Shredder in Hell) and there's no reading order included as was implied on Rich's site.
Maybe it's just the versions there that will included it.

Edit: nevermind, I'm an idiot who doesn't read things properly. Rich's site has limited variants of #100 itself not the Road to 100 special as I mistakenly thought.

Thanks for sharing!

Gotta say I think Shredder in Hell fits better after 97 than 95 as 95-97 all just follow immediately after each other.

I'm trying to get caught up on some recent IDW releases. Does this order look correct to y'all for post 100?

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #100
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2020 Annual
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #101
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #102
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #103
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #104
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #105
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Jennika #1
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Jennika #2
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Jennika #3

I basically just pulled the information from the turtlepedia, and I'm now noticing that the ones after 102 are labeled as TBD, so it might not be very up to date...

That's the accepted order at this point and Bobby pretty much agreed the same over on the editor thread. The backup stories in the Jennika issues indicate they are after #105.

I personally think the "The Cure For You" from Jennika 1-3 occurs during those six months after Splinter's funeral. Now, as things stand right now, where "The Cure" occurs doesn't seem like a big deal. It may later if/when Silas or Ivan or (obviously) B&R reappear. The reason I think it occurs during those six months is cuz in part 1 when Jennika is escorting Vincent back through Mutant Town, hes about to go into the Kennel Klub since he has a gig. Jennika seems to not have ever heard of the Kennel Klub or that these kinda events were occurring. In #104, I believe, when the entire group decides to have a night out, Jennika is very aware, now, of the Kennel Klub and that these kind of events are happening.

The chronology for the post-100 issues could be interesting and/or confusing, because they're said to take place six months after Baxter Stockman's victory celebration rally when the mutagen bomb went off. But if that's an election victory, then that'll probably happen in November. Six in-story months later, there's heavy snow on the ground as if it's still January or February instead of May. So...maybe Stockman's opponent conceded defeat in the summertime? I dunno.

Also important to note: There's a time skip in #105, either before or after Alopex is inducted into the Splinter Clan. Exterior shots of the dojo show that the snow has melted, so it's presumably now spring in the current comics.

IIRC, it was Spring/Summer when Karai visited Northampton to meet with the Turtles, wasn't it? That's what kicked off City at War so it's entirely possible.

I would estimate July - September for City at War, February - March/April for 101-105.

I was just looking through the TPB, and I just noticed that in #102 (page 8 of that issue), there's a calendar on the wall in the kitchen of the O'Neil farm. It's on January.

Well spotted, more or less confirms my estimations

I was just wondering something. I've been buying the regular 4 issues per trade trade paperbacks and was curious if the Annuals were included in any of them? Or should I just buy those separately?

The annuals are separate from the tpb volumes, they are included in the hardcovers however.

Guys do you know of any websites where you can purchase back issue physical copies of the IDW series?

Other than eBay that is!

I’m not really interested in the Volumes released.

Maybe try asking in a different thread. This one is specifically about the timeline of the comics, not where to buy them.

So now that we've had the conclusion of the second Jennika mini and what we know of the next few issues through solicitation details, I've put together what I believe is the correct chronology for everything post #100 thus far:

Annual 2020
#101 - #105
Jennika 1 - 3 (The Cure for You)
#106 - #111
Jennika II 1 - 3 (Monsters)
#112 - #117
Jennika II 4 - 6 (Redemption)
Annual 2021
#118 - ?

We previously had up to the first Jen mini more or less confirmed and the last issue of the second mini very clearly indicates that it takes place after the battle with Tokka and Rahzar with that arc ending with #117 as per the tpb solicits and indicated by Sophie's comments here.
It's also possible that 'Monsters' takes place between #108 and #109 (#108 being the end of the 3-issue Slithery story) and the placement of the 2021 Annual is based solely on being released in June before the next arc starts in #118 around the same time, so it may actually follow the next arc.
I'd be interested to see any other thoughts and whether I may have missed something.

The current (rough) chronology of the 'Campbell' era:

#101
Annual 2020
#102 - #105
Jennika 1 - 3 (The Cure for You)
#106 - #112
Jennika II 1 - 3 (Monsters)
#113 - #117
Jennika II 4 - 6 (Redemption)
#118 - #124
Annual 2021 + Annual 2022
#125 - #130
FCBD 2022
Armageddon Game Opening Moves 1 - 2
#131 - #132

Last few might end up being shuffled a bit.
