Esscence of Ninjutsu: The Nine Traditions by Dr. Masaaki Hatsumi
Instructing the Martial Arts by Charles Ralph Heck, Jr. I know, for a year I've been wanting to join the martial arts, and that may possibly happen this upcoming summer. |

After collecting dust on my bookcase, I've finally opened "Eragon." I saw the film when it premiered and I gotta say that the book is definitely better -- and I'm only on page 110 thus far.
By the way, "Highwayman" was great. Fantasy fans that don't want to read about all that bupkis about elves and fairies should pick this up and give it a read.

Vegan Virgin Valentine.
I need to crack open "the lost boy" as well. "A child called it" was so sad.

"The Measure of a Man: A Spiritual Autobiography" by Sidney Poitier
Really good so far, I'd recommend it to ANYONE.

It's all a good read. Sad, yes, but good. I think I have them all except the last one...

Eh, I'm reading manga. I've read as many books as I can get my hands on, but honestly I haven't read anything that isn't a comic or an actual book without pretty pictures in over a year now. Right now I'm reading the first volume of "Dragon Knights". It's a pretty good read, actually. Very stylized as well... *shuts up before she infects the thread with manga*

Just finished Someone Like you by Sarah Dessen. It such a sad sweet book. Gutted to find out the movie "How to deal" is crap. Movies based on books are never very good though.

Boyracers by Alan Bisset. I've read it before. I just love how its set out on the page. How natural the diolague (patter) is between the boys. Plus it brimming with pop culture refrences. From "Dark side of the moon" to "Damon 'All-Bran"'. There was also a turtles refrence I missed first time reading it.
Its a funny book yet the main character obviously has his issues. I love it.

I just re-read the book "Shiloh". I first read it when I was 10 or 11 and I just loved it. I like dogs a lot especially mine. It's a really good book and I would recommend it, even if it is geared more toward younger kids and teens. There are 2 more in the series and I plan I re-reading those next because I kinda forgot what happens in the next two.

Currently reading some random James Bond novels. I just finished Moonraker. I'm moving on to Goldfinger. After that, I'll probably be reading the Densha Otoko novel. It was finally translated to English.

I liked it even though the translation was kind of off in some parts. I would like to read something similar that has a little more depth to it though.
