And I guess I should probably just start an "April General Discussion" thread next time I come up with something, given the title of the thread. |

Never thought April was hot. She just didnt do anything for me. Never got her action figure either. Though I didnt run up on it like others, it still wasnt one i had to have back then.
Now Wonder Woman on the other hand ....

No. Jessica Rabbit is the undisputed hottest animated babe of all time. End of story.

I see a place where people get on and off the freeway. On and off, off and on all day, all night! Soon there will be a string of gas stations, inexpensive motels, restaurants that serve rapidly prepared food! Tire salons, automobile dealerships and wonderful, wonderful billboards reaching as far as the eye can see! My God... It'll be beautiful.

But April? Never. Like the above poster, I did try and avoid the April O'Neil action figure like the plague -- not because I didn't like the character, I just wasn't a fan. April O'Neil is like a big sister to the TMNT and seeing things through the TMNT's eyes on the show so much, I guess I begin to see her similarly.

Lister: D'ya think Wilma's sexy?
Cat: Wilma Flintstone? Lister: Maybe we've been alone in deep space too long, but every time I see that body, it drives me crazy. Is it me? Cat: Well, I think in all probability, Wilma Flintstone is the most desirable woman that ever lived. Lister: That's good. I thought I was going strange. Cat: She's incredible! Lister: What d'ya think of Betty? Cat: Betty Rubble? Well, I would go with Betty... but I'd be thinking of Wilma. Lister: This is crazy. Why are we talking about going to bed with Wilma Flintstone? Cat: You're right. We're nuts. This is an insane conversation. Lister: She'll never leave Fred, and we know it.

Cobra's Baroness was another I always felt was easy on the eyes during afternoon showings of G.I. Joe.

Well, first off I'm female.
Secondly, no. I hated OT April; I thought she was ugly. In looks and personality. Didn't like her in the first movie... Hmm. Um, while the second movie April was a step up, as was 2K3 April, I cant say I've ever found her hot... But I'm a girl, so what do I know?

Yeah... My last comment was kinda sarcasm.
My general consensus, though... as I said, is no.

I hate to admit it but I at one point had a crush on Patti Mayonaisse from Doug.
Oh yeah...Patti. I'm sure I "Doug" her because of her personality. You see what I did there..."Doug"...it's a joke...you don't get it!

Since we're giving outside examples of cartoon chicks that we liked, I have to say Sailor Mars...
Probably because she bore a striking resemblance to an east Indian girl I once had a crush on. Quote:
She was? O_o I thought she was a pathetic dork. I prefer her predecessor. Now, we're talking. :tdrool: Misogynist... Don't remember who that is. Can you illustrate your point? ^_^

how did Disney get away with this kind of character design and what is it about voluptious red heads?
Quote:
I don't know, April in the old toon may not have been hot but she was at least attractive, even with that gaudy yellow jump suit of hers. I like how she is not one of those really pencil thin, shapless girls that I've been seeing lately in television and actually has a shape with some curves on her body. And even though OT April was self centered and had a one tract mind she was still spunky and interesting, and could even be sweet on occassion too.
