I still stand by my want that should this concept be revisited, they need to do a straight-forward adaption Turtles In Time into a Fred Wolf style animated film. It's perfect, just use it! Alter the designs as needed, & you're good to go. Slash can go from his '87 look to the more gnarly Archie/toyline inspired one as a consequence of living among the dinosaurs.
