Italian TMNT comics

In the early 1990's, the Rizzoli Comics were published in Italy, and currently Turtlepedia articles about them are written. These are not the 1995 black and white (coloured later) comic Train Assault where the Turtles travelled to Switzerland.

Is anyone interested in translating the Rizzoli Comics into English?

I own a few Corriere dei Piccoli issues with Turtles comics (mostly the latter stuff, before they switched over to Il Giornalino). The art in the early issues is REALLY lazy, with several obvious swipes of stock art poses.

The guy to talk to is definitely Demon-Alukard, who is finishing up the edits on the original Il Giornalino run.

I seem to recall it being mentioned that there was some sort of rights issue regarding Rizzoli comics, which was why the he skipped right to the Il Giornalino comics. We might be out of luck in getting a reprint from that team.

Yes, there are plans for early Italian comics as well. But later. Right now the goal is to finish Il Giornalino comics, and in addition to the 1987 cartoon, there's a late series based on the 2003 TV-Show.
