My guess is Playmates is trying to get collectors to stop buying the Turtle Action Figure set on Amazon. The movie foot soldier from that set looks closer to the one from the first two movies.

Rahzar and Super Shredder should be on their 1991 cards. The Movie Star Soldier would sell better on the 1992 card. This is just lazy on Playmates’ part. It’s like you have no other option but to open them. They do not display well on the Movie Star turtles’ cards.

I got my second technodrome reissue today. This one came in the playmates shipper box inside the Amazon box. Kinda want to keep it in the playmates box but the other part of me says these reissues won't be worth a lot in the future
