Some more Work In Progress.

I did Double Barreled Plunger Gun in both toy and cartoon colours. For scale you can see the size compared with the Turtle Van (Chanel 6 News Van is the same size). Any questions/suggestions?

I've finally got started with painting. The first one it's not a figure but the missing purple skateboard. It was another red one, primed black, two coats of purple and varnish in the end.

On the photos, bigger board are Mega, smaller ones are Lego. So I only painted the big purple one

Here's METALHEAD, my first custom painted figure. It's not perfect, but it's looking good for a first time. I'm still learning to paint, smaller details need a lot of practise.

I wanted to use Michelangelo's elbow pads so I made his mask and knees a bit more orange then yellow (thou in some pics I found online it looks orange). I also added a red lever, from his second appearance, the ON/OFF switch.

For anyone interested, body and head are 2012 turtle, shoulders and thighs are from a terminator, lower arms are from a classics turtle, and feet are from some Halo figure.

Some photos of Donnie re-configuring (or making) Metalhead in his lab.

Next figure has been primed this morning. I'm not sure if anyone can guess who it is...

I finally made some custom stickers for my sewer lair. STOP sign, movie poster, 2 TV screens, few images for Donnie's computer and the wooden screen in the back of the turtles room. I had this in my mind since the beginning, only just decided to act on it.

I've made some more work on my Double Barreled Plunger Gun and I've dug up some spare parts to make a test model. I didn't have the exact technic parts so I had to improvise, thus I was not able to attach the shielding to it.

Footski

I've tried to make it a few times, but I just couldn't crack it. I really wanted to use the snakes (I had a version without them but it wasn't looking good), and today I finally managed to work it out. I'm only really missing the snakes in my test version.

My next custom figure is Slash. Some new parts, a little bit of paint, and we've got our favourite fifth turtle.

Here's a photo from before I started doing painting, and before I settled on the exact look of Slash

I received the parachute set yesterday so I completed my Turtle Trooper. Now I have every vehicle from the first year releases done.

Thanks Monte Williams

Sewer Jetski was used in just a couple of episodes, but still it looks cool. There are no parts in the cartoon colours, so I went with most turtle like colours there are.

I always liked the scene in "Donatello Makes Time," where he was riding the JetSki through the sewer and took a moment to break the 4th wall and acknowledge the background music.

Flying Rock Soldier Jeep

It only had about 3 seconds of screen time in the first season (and a bit modified look in season 2), but I still think it deserves to be made. A vehicle for my Rock soldiers....

Technorover

I'm not completely satisfied with how it looks, but I don't know if I can improve it anymore. I did most of the build based on the two small cartoon images (very hard to get the right shapes when animation model changes from scene to scene).

I was about to write that it was a hard one to build, and it was technically challenging, but seeing as I built it in one evening I can't really call it hard.
