For whatever reason I have an item out for delivery from MONDO and I already had all my stuff refunded/cancelled.

Received my poster today. While all the turtles were shipped to my new address, the poster arrived at my old one.

im attempting to make my Raphael look better since this was a pretty big investment i want some enjoyment out of it, anybody have a package with the plastic trays they wanna part with? mine is all cracked due to Raph being smashed into the tray at the factory. i mean come on, invest 600 into this set and so little care is taken. i posted in BST section also, im paypal ready

Just contact MONDO. Their customer service is pretty good-theyll send you a free one I bet.

well my poster has been delivered today, im done with Mondo IDK if somebody is smoking weed or they just plain dont check their info but the poster was not delivered to my new address like the shipping confirmation says. now i have no poster, my figures look like crap in smashed packages, after a 2 yr wait. they have really proven thay care about their customers

Well Mondo made good on their end, they are sending out replacement pieces and i was able to track down my poster from USPS. Seems somebody rejected the delivary since it was not addressed to them so the package sort center was able to locate and redeliver it to me

My set is now complete. I'm just waiting on the print. Other than being a little too static, or maybe I'm too afraid of breaking something, I'm pleased with the set.

I got my Mondo Raphael a few days ago and just wanted to say that I was impressed with it. I didn't get any of the other turtles or Mousers so I had no prior experience with the Mondo figures. I had heard there had been a lot of issues with other peoples' turtles both before and after Mondo halted and changed some of the materials for the figures. I felt bad for those people that had issues and it was making me nervous about Raph coming.

But I have no issues with mine at all. I did have one item loose when I opened the box however, but it didn't do any damage to anything. Raph's color green does seem a tad darker green and I like how that turned out as well as the red color of his bandana. Overall I'm happy with Raph and I hope Mondo continues the line even after The Shredder, Casey Jones, and Foot Ninja. (If they still happen.) I hope we hear something during NYCC!

I really love the shelf you have for these guys ... I might look into getting something similar for my NECA turtles and especially whenever Shredder and the Foot come out next year. What kind is that?
