I don't know if this is real or not, but supposedly there were some leaked price listing sheets from GameStop's retro game buying foray. Based on looking at this prices I'm even more perplexed (if these are legit) because A. The prices are more reasonable than I figured (note, I'm not saying they are reasonable, just that I thought GameStop would have gone higher) and B. The trade/cash value they are supposedly giving you for bringing them in is very high for the margins I would think they'd need for this to be a success. They are basically giving you half of what they are going to sell it for. With all the movement of this product (from New York or Alabama to Grapevine, TX) plus paying employees to take it in and others to refurbish & test it, I don't see this being very profitable for very long... Which is good news? I guess it is, I just shudder to think what will happen to all their product should this not work out... I'm just so sick of GameStop being GameStop.

More great news from Kickstarter with Koji Igarashi finally getting a chance to make the kind of new Castlevania game people have been wanting for years - Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night

Between this and Yooka-Laylee it seems like "dead" genres are getting chances to make a comeback and it's really exciting.

I was happy to see the announcement of Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 today, primarily for the sake of seeing Mega Man 9 and 10 again on Steam. I have them through my Wii, but I'm guessing the old WiiWare shop won't be active too much longer.

I am surprised ports for Switch and 3DS were not confirmed, but maybe they will come later?

'Twas the same with the Disney Afternoon collection. Even more of a shame is that all of those games were FOR the NES and they couldn't put it on a Nintendo system? I have to wonder if maybe it's just that Digital Eclipse hasn't worked out their emulator for Switch yet?

Laziness, half-way efforts, and unfinished projects shipping to retail? Sounds like par-for-the-course from Capcom these days!

Was about to say that myself. Capcom has definitely gotten worse than their on-disc DLC ways from last generation. First, Street Fighter V ships as an incomplete game with the bulk of its content being impossible to unlock so that you just buy the DLC. Then Resident Evil 7 comes out very bare bones as well, but already they're charging you an extra 30 for content ready like a week later. I don't even doubt the rumored roster for Marvel vs Capcom 4 either. Then there's the f*ck ton of Resident Evil ports.

Capcom these days are just trying to make a quick buck so they can get out of the hole they put themselves in. I don't understand why this Mega Man Collection had to be split into 2 separate games. You'd think a blu-ray disc could handle a bunch of old games.

There's like three contradicting "leak" lists out there so which one do you mean?

The most recent one with the small roster that they'll no doubt beef up with tons of DLC.

Why, if anything it seems like Europe is the only one who knows how screwed up lootboxes are.
