Apparently that was an editing mistake that slipped through. “Charles Pennington” was a placeholder name for a character who would be named Addison. But now that Nick has used Tatsu, I wonder if the rights of the movie characters are less ambiguous now?

Given there was a Mitsu figure, I assume she and the other Movie 3 characters are owned by Viacom. I’ve also come up with an idea for Mitsu (along with many other characters) in another topic a while back. I also wonder what aspects could be taken from even versions Viacom doesn’t control, if they hypothetically could? Maybe Moykat could be a new Mutanimal?
