Sweet! He seems to be all robot, no human under there... Can't wait for his backstory and to see if the events on that cover do come to pass, I've always been a sucker for an everyone-vs-Bishop type of fight like in the 2003 cartoon's (IIRC) "Hun on the Run" episode.

This Agent Bishop has a different origin than the 2003 one and is irredeemable. I suspect by the end of the arc we will have his origin so perhaps 2 months from now things will be a lot clearer. The one thing for sure is this Agent Bishop is no gray area, doing evil that he views for a greater good, just another evil turd yet like Krang may have some sympathy about him at the core of what drives him to do what he does. That by no means makes him able to reform or even move into the gray area.
