[MO] How much could I ask for this TMNT stuff?

Hi! Long time I know! Nice to see lots old friends and more new ones!
I select the Make an offer prefix...maybe the most right one to pick... not sure too.

Well....never thought that i will let those go...so asking for 2 items:

How much could I ask to be fair for the TMNT Mega Bloks Lair 1421 , all complete including unused stickers and instructions (just all complete except the original box) ?






And about TMNT Playmates toddlers 2004 complete lot 4 figures including the weapons? (I saw 2 at ebay but without the weapons) .
