Updated: Under the Sea: Scuba Gear Turtles For Thee!!
Ok, I'm trying to be creative with the titles. Don't hit me. But design sketches for the Upcoming Scuba Gear Turtles have been posted over at Action-Figure.Com. I'd have to say that they look pretty good, for being Turtle Variants. I still would prefer to see the Toon Accurate Space Hoppin' Turtles. Or Trench Coat Turtles. Or even Purple Dragon Turtles. But I'm always willing to get an intresting variation of the green teens.
And now the official website has updated with pictures of the prototype Scuba Gear Turtle figures. They still look pretty good. Would still rather prefer toon accurate TMNT figures. But this is one of the better variant ideas. At least in my mind. Hopefully we'll eventually get comic accurate variants, one of these days. TMNT Scuba Gear Turtles Leonardo Scuba Gear Turtle Raphael Scuba Gear Turtle Michelangelo Scuba Gear Turtle Donatello Scuba Gear Turtle [Thanks to milweskee for pointing me there]

Im not big on these variants. They are possibly worse then the extreme sports ones. Expecially with the animal friends. One good thing though, this could mean that Klunk is coming in plastic form!

I thought it was interesting how Playmates said collectors wouldn't like them. These will already be better than the Space Hoppin' Turtles IMO.

Well, I'm a collector and I think they're cool. And hopefully they appear in the episode 'Junklantis'. We know the Shell Sub will, most likely.

And I'm wondering why you're following me around the boards asking me these questions.
I just want to put my two cents in. Voice my opinion.

I like these figures better than the Space Hoppin TMNT. I will probably buy them. And Ratking and KROW, just stop arguing, just ignore each other's posts. I'm sure you both come here to talk about TMNT, not argue. Just both whatch what you say to each other.
