Jack Kirby is called the "King of Comics" because he helped create many characters for Marvel and others. He and Joe Simon created Captain America in the 30's. And also, he drew some of the most popular silver age comics in existence, such as the cover to the first appearance of Spider-man. He is one of the most respected and well-known artists in the history of comics.

Eastman and Laird created the Kirby story because he was a great inspiration to them, and also there was some drama going on at the time with Marvel not wanting to give Jack back his original art.

What is the differnce between the old and the new ending. I really don't remember the old one. They both look the same to me. He still got stuck in there.

Raph didn't talk to Don on the original ending. You just saw Don look at the drawing. In the new one Raph gets Don annoyed and you can see the grief on Don's face as he looks out the window and then at the drawing.

lol that's funny, 'cause during return of the king during a pivitol moment at the end (I won't spoint it) I said to my friends "Bah, It's just a flesh wound!"

Yep, sports took over again this weekend. If it wasn't a repeat, I'd be more pissed. But instead I went shopping and got new Turtle stuff, so I'm cool.

Hah, I have heard people call him Ralph before..In fact, I think Kevin Eastman himself calls him Ralph in the autobiography.

those promos for The Shredder Strikes today were great! it made me really want to see it. bummer about the no new eps though. hopefully they'll start up soon . . .

WOW!

i just saw a commercial for Secret Origins

tmnt were in a space ship with the utroms and baxter's head was walking around on spider legs (kinda like that bad guy on the Mask). then they have to fight shredder, or at least the foot (i know shredder was there, but i don't know if they had to fight him).

Can't wait for next week!
