Trying to find time to get back into this.

One thing that came to mind to me was a story I never got to do, which feels kinda too late now since we're already getting a TMNT multiverse in IDW.

Keep in mind that my take was planned before stuff like Rise and so forth existed. The original story was going to have Renet grab my fancomic version of Leo and have him work alongside 80's Mikey, Image Cyborg Don, Nightwatcher Raph and Venus to stop a mysterious enemy that is destroying realities. The enemy turns out to be a close friend and it'll be rough for Leo to have kill them. It dealt with a crystal that corrupts someone irreversibly and someone got caught in the crossfire during a battle with the Turtles. I won't reveal who that is just in case I decide to go forward with the story. For the moment I forgot what the creature looked like except the face is obviously obscured and it had big leather wings.

Afterwards when all is good in that altered reality, the Turtles head down to prevent it from happening all over again in their reality. It's similar to how Trunks and Krillin still went on to kill embryo Cell in the current timeline, just a lot more fighting involved.

Issue 19 is pretty much done. Any comments on the issue and/or overall series are greatly appreciated. They'll most likely be added at the end of issue 20 though.
