Exactly. Now for my most recent hauls.

Space Sheriff Sharivan
Wonka

Wonka got to me yesterday, and Sharivan came today. They actually both got released on Tuesday. So I just waited until I had both to post.

Drunken Masters I, The Legend Of the Drunken Master on DVD. It was unusual, but good enough to where I rented them from the library and then ordered a copy of each on eBay. Thanks guys for recommending it to me in the Martial Arts forum topic.

The Crow: Salvation

It's one of the titles in my DVD collection that finally has a Blu-ray release. It's by way of Shout! Studios in their Scream Factory line. I was hoping they'd do this after they put it up on Shout! TV last summer, but this is a limited release where they made 1620 copies, and they listed it on their site last Wednesday. I also have The Crow on 4K to look forward to in May.

Now I just have two movies on DVD that still don't have so much as an announcement of a Blu-ray release.

I can't believe how much the DVD/Blu-ray section at Target has shrunk to just two rows. Here, I am expecting the streaming bubble to burst soon...

Anyway, I picked up a DVD of a tele-film By Dawn's Early Light, a Cold War What-If film with James Earl Jones and Powers Boothe. I couldn't find it anywhere to watch so I snagged it on Ebay for a few bucks.

I also picked up Blu-rays of Conan The Barbarian and Aquaman 2.

I just now bought and finally watched Altered States on dvd. It was very trippy and thought provoking. I don't regret my 4 dollar purchase.

Fun fact: R. Kelly's video for "Gotham City" was omitted from the Blu-ray that's included in the 4K release.

makes sense. I just didn't feel like shelling out $16-17 bucks each for the 4k versions of the Schumacher films. Got the old ones off of eBay for $6.77.

I was just sharing something. I also should have mentioned that it's a special feature on the Batman & Robin disc.

Holes - 20th Anniversary Edition

This is a peculiar release. It was first released on DVD in 2003, with special features of course. It got a Disney Movie Club exclusive Blu-ray release to commemorate the movie's 15th anniversary, and the Blu-ray was devoid of any of the special features. They put out this 20th anniversary edition last year, which consists of the barebones Blu-ray, and the DVD with the special features. It sounds kind of strange for a Blu-ray/DVD release. That's usually how 4K releases with Blu-rays are. Anyway, it's the definitive release of the movie.

These arrived today, got them on eBay. The seller said in the listing that these are DMC exclusives:

I got this rare gem, the Batman (1966) reunion telefilm. I wish Yvonne Craig would have said 'yes' to this. Still a fun romp and it's great to see these four at their best.
