You can animate your sig if you want. Did you ever try that program I told you about?
One has a few extra frames where he stands after the uppercut. These are the only foot tech I ripped so far.

There are a lot of websites advertising free flash resources. I don't know how good the websites are though.
I almost forgot. I have made some transparent versions of the custom animations that I made for the custom TMNT sprite scenes. Here are some more foottechs:
