WTF does the title of this thread have to do with the subject? Learn to make a topic, damn.

And, I mean, Jim Lee? Michael Turner? Read some comics that were published before 1990. These men couldn't hold a candle to some of the greats, like Jack Kirby, Steve Ditko, Bob Kane, Neal Adams, ect.

O'Barr kinda sucks art wise, but story wise he's good.

My List (I suggest you look at atleast one art piece by them):

-Humberto Ramos (Did Spider-Man, Crimson, Out There)
-Jon Romita Jr. (Spidey)
-Jim Mahfood (Clerks comics)
-Andy Kubert (Wolverine:Origin)
-Pia Guerrera (Y: The Last Man)
-Jim Lee
- J. Scott Campbell (Danger Girl, Army Of Darkness)

Wasn't there already a thread for this... and didn't host_punktmy start it?

Maybe my brain's playing with me again.

Anyway, here they are:

LeSean
Jack Kirby (I didn't know he penciled Uncanny X-Men... craziness.)

Okay, not to diss Jack Kirby, he is the king after all, but Jim Lee absolutely kicks his ass in the art department, as well as Ditko, or any of the other legends you mentioned.

Anyway, my favorites are Joe Madureira, Jim Lee, LeSean Thomas, Adam Warren, Alvin Lee, John Romita Jr., Andy Smith, Mike Mignola, Mark Brooks and NAR.

In pretty pictures, yes, but there's alot more to comic art then beauty. There's also storytelling and plot, in which no one can touch Kirby.

But, art is subjective, to each their own and all that.

Romita Jr. Surpasses Kirby, with great training from his Father.

Alright, Kenai. You've changed. And it's not a good change. I used to respect you for being mature for your age, but those cool points have been dropping rapidly lately with all this unncessary and RIDICULOUS negativity coming from you. Seriously. You're still a kid. Recognize it, deal with it, and chill the **** out.

Anyway, I think I'll list my favorite manga artists now. They would be.. Rumiko Takahashi (Ranma 1/2, InuYasha), Yosuke Fujishima (Oh My Goddess, You're Under Arrest!), Myung-Jin Lee (Ragnarok), Yasuhiro Nightow (Trigun)
