Please let this happen - Invader Zim has been gone for too long. I actually enjoyed Hey Arnold! and Rocko's Modern Life.

Wow, digital animation does really nicely for Zim's art style!

So it's an adaptation of the comic? The stuff about Dib being stuck in a chair is directly lifted from the comic.

I'm not too sure what to think on this, I miss the old animation though I guess this animation is supposed to be based off of the comic books but I never read them and only saw the tv show and prefer the way they looked in the tv show. The humor so far still seems the same but guess will see.

Why wouldn't they? We're not living in the early 2000s anymore, of course they'd update how they'd animate the show.

It looked darker in the show than in this film in my opinion, plus I liked the older designs of the characters too. Gas in my opinion looked better goth and I liked Dib's skin color in the older show too but that's just me. I get the animation upgrade I do, plus I heard the older series was done by some company that did one of my favorite films so it was probably more expensive to get it back to work with, that or he just wanted to look like the comic as a throw back to fans who have been reading the comics during the big break. I'm still excited for the film as a long time fan of the series and want to see them in action and what crazy scheme Zim has up his sleeve this time
