I think he meant it in the sense that he was amazed at Vin Dieselhad a vocal range.

I am glad we did not have to watch the game to watch the trailer. My theory that it would emerge online ahead of it was correct.

It looks fun and action packed. It is sure to be great just like its first installment. It will lose the surprise hit status for its second outing but it will sure be a success and a great film. Looking forward to this morn than an Avengers film!

I'm 99% certain that he doesn't have the vocal range. Either the sound team ran his voice through a chipmunk filter, or he recorded his lines verrrrry slowly and the sound guys sped it up.
