I believe DVDs are actually still selling better than Blu-rays. That's why even some shows don't have a Blu-ray release even if they were shot in HD. When the first seasons of Mike & Molly and 2 Broke Girls were released on home video back in 2011 and 2012 respectively, they were released on both DVD and Blu-ray. Releases of the later seasons were DVD only, since the Blu-ray versions of the first season releases for both shows didn't sell as well.

Looks like the Blu-Ray doesn't have all the deleted scenes, the scene with Han Solo confronting the Stormtroopers in Maz Kanata's castle, is only on the digital version, not the blu-ray version.

What kind of sh*t is that? How lame. None of the blu-rays of the prequels had any deleted scenes omitted.

Another thing missing from the blu-ray, audio commentary from the director and such.

I have a feeling, a few months down the line, they will release the 3D version which will have everything in it.

Here's a live performance by the song writer and JJ Abrams.
(From yesterday's Ham4Ham May the Fourth performance.)

Turns out Abrams wanted to blow up Coruscant. Of course he did. That's what he does.

They might as well have blown up Coruscant, it's not like the planet mattered at all in the new movies. At least it would've raised the stakes.

Love reading my comments after watching the movie, it was like the one critical comment in a sea of praise. I remember being assblasted online for not loving it. After watching the movie I criticized it but said I had enjoyed it, which was a lie, by the second time I watched it in theaters I realized I didn't like it and got even more hate and I was just being a contrarian how can 95% rotten tomatoes be wrong?

Ain't it ironic?

JJ is a hack. Blowing up Vulcan was worse.

It's funny that the one time he's supposed to destroy a planet he decided not to in his Superman Flyby script.
