Ep. Guide Question
This has probably been asked a lot around here, but I was wondering why the episode order on ninjaturtles.com is different than the one on TV.com, and which one would make more sense to use when watching.

Given the wacky order many of the episodes are in across several seasons, I wouldnt rely too much on episode guides which reflect transmission order.
For example, watch all thirteen Europe episodes (found on season seven) right after "Plan Six From Outer Space" (found on season four) |

Use mine.
Kidding tho. IIRC, there are four different eplists, but none are perfect. So, .com's is as good as any. We were trying to define a superior ep-order here not too long ago, but the project ran outta steam.

Shows that run concurrently syndicated and on a network can lead to different ways the episodes air. Even the syndicated episodes were aired in a different order depending on the station, though it was likely suggested by Fred Wolf/Group W to air certain episodes in a given order; thus the first 65 episodes, despite having some episodic plotholes that may cause some episodes to take place before others, is still the suggested and most official order to watch.
Season 4 is definitely the nastiest, since the syndication and CBS episodes were running concurrently with each other. But since Plan 6 From Outer Space feels much more continuous from The Big Blow Out and still uses the original opening sequence, comes before the CBS episodes so that the SYN episodes feel distinct from CBS's. The European Vacation and Season 7 also aired concurrently (USA and CBS respectively) in North America. However, since in North America the EU episodes didn't air until after Season 6 ended and as Season 7 on CBS was airing, those episodes are listed as part of Season 7 since that was when those episodes were first run. With the DVD sets, we finally can have an "official" order of the series (though its quite debatable if The Turtles and The Hare and perhaps Once Upon a Time Machine are considered Season 4 or 5, since the former was included on the Season 4 set). Either way, it comes after the last CBS Season 4 episode, right before OUATM and CBS Season 5.
